Websites thatanswer back.qualify leads.book meetings.follow up.

Not retrofitted. Not bolted on. Every site we ship has a receptionist, a qualifier, and a follow-up engine built into the foundation — and a real human picks up when it matters.

Kickoff → launchThree working weeks15 working days, padded with a week of slack for client content delays. Slip the date and we eat the next month.
Founders on the work2 / 2Both founders are on every engagement. No PMs, no offshore handoff, no agency middle layer.
Languages at parityEN · DEEvery site ships in English and German on launch day. Frank reviews the German copy line by line.

02 · Try it now

Most AI demos show you a chat. Ours shows you what the chat is doing.

03 · Why us

Four things every agency claims. We do them on purpose.

01

Direct founder access — no account-manager layer.

You email us. A founder emails back. The person designing your site is the person you're paying. Two people, one studio, no Slack-with-the-PM theater.

02

Editorial taste, not template trauma.

We don't ship the same Webflow template with your logo swapped in. Every site is composed — type, rhythm, copy, hierarchy — for your business. If it looks like everyone else's, we've failed.

03

AI in the foundation, not the gift shop.

Voice receptionist, lead qualifier, follow-up engine. Wired in week one, trained on your actual business in week three. Not a plugin you bolt on after launch and forget.

04

Three weeks to a real launch.

Not a coming-soon page. Not a Figma file. A live site with the AI working, your copy edited, your calendar connected, your phone routed. The honest number is three working weeks.

04 · For context

The dominant agency model in 2026

  • Sells the website. Refers the AI work to a partner.
  • Charges €30–80k upfront, then €0 until something breaks.
  • Hands you off to a junior PM by week two.
  • Treats the AI receptionist as an upsell, not a foundation.
  • Three-month timelines that always become five.
04 · The actual point

How we work, on purpose, differently

  • One studio ships the site, the AI, the calls, the follow-up.
  • Setup priced for honesty, monthly priced for continuity.
  • You talk to the founder for the life of the engagement.
  • Three working weeks from kickoff to launch. The number is the number.

05 · What's included

Everything below ships on launch day. Not month four.

01

The Build

  • A site designed for your business — not a template.
  • EN + DE leaf parity from day one.
  • Editorial copy, written and edited by us.
  • Photography direction (you bring photos, we frame them).
02

The AI

  • Chat trained on your offer, your pricing, your tone.
  • Voice receptionist in EN and DE, 24/7.
  • Lead qualifier wired into your calendar.
  • Follow-up sequences for warm and cold leads.
03

The Operations

  • EU hosting, GDPR-compliant from day one.
  • Monthly editorial: one substantive update per month.
  • Direct line to the founders — no ticket system.
  • Quarterly review of AI performance and conversion.
06 · Pricing

Setup is honest. Monthly is for continuity.

12-month minimum on every plan. The setup roughly equals what you'd pay a different agency for the build alone. The monthly is for the AI staying trained, the site staying current, and us picking up the phone.

Common questions

How long does a project take?Asked 4 minutes ago
For Tier 1 and Tier 2 sites, two to three weeks from kickoff to launch — assuming you can get us your content (text, photos, brand assets) inside the first week. Week one is design and content, week two is build and AI training, week three is integration testing and launch. Tier 3 (The Whole Operation) is scoped at the discovery call: multi-location, custom integrations, or anything beyond the standard stack stretches the timeline past three weeks, and we'll quote a real number once we know the scope.
What do you need from me to get started?Asked 3 times this week
Three things: a 30-minute discovery call so we understand the business, your existing brand assets if you have them (logo, photos, color preferences — if not, we figure it out together), and access to whatever the AI needs to know about you — services, hours, pricing, FAQs, the questions customers actually ask. We send a short intake form after the call.
How do you handle our data (GDPR)?Most-asked this month
We're a German GmbH, so DSGVO is the starting point, not a checkbox. EU hosting region for European traffic. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixels, no third-party tracking — Plausible for analytics, which is cookieless and GDPR-friendly. We sign a Data Processing Agreement before launch. Visitor conversations with the AI are stored only as long as needed to hand a lead to your calendar — we don't profile, we don't sell, we don't share.
Do you host the site? What if I want to leave?Asked 2 hours ago
We host on Vercel — fast, EU regions available, no infrastructure-level lock-in. The site code is yours; if you want to leave, we hand over the repository, transfer DNS, and you can take it to any Next.js-compatible host. The AI configuration (system prompts, knowledge base) goes with you too. The only thing that doesn't transfer is our internal monitoring — you'd set up your own. We don't hold sites hostage.
Can you work with an existing website, or does it have to be from scratch?Asked yesterday
Both, but it depends. If your current site is solid and we're just adding the AI layer, we plug into it — we've done that. If your current site has the underlying problems we're hired to fix (slow, unclear, doesn't convert), rebuilding from scratch is usually faster and cheaper than untangling it. We tell you honestly which one applies in the discovery call. Setup fee adjusts accordingly.
What happens after launch?Asked 11 minutes ago
The monthly fee covers it: hosting, security patches, framework updates, performance monitoring, and re-training the AI when your business changes (new services, updated pricing, seasonal hours). You also get a small dashboard so you can see what the AI handled and what came through as leads. If something breaks, we fix it — usually before you notice. If you want specific changes made, the first hour each month is included; beyond that we quote per project.

I bought hardwood logs on the American East Coast for thirty-six years — Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio. Our office phone rang for the right reason maybe twice a week. The rest was wrong number, wrong wood, wrong hour. The veneer industry collapsed in 2008 and most of the small operators I worked with still have the same website. My son and I built Justido for them.
