Website Terms of Use

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Justido Design website at justido.design and its subdomains (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. The Site is a marketing and information website for an AI-native web-design agency — not a product, platform, or account-based service. Our paid client work is governed by separate agreements (a Master Services Agreement and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement), not by these Terms. Nothing on the Site or in these Terms creates a client engagement or an obligation to perform services.
1. Who We Are
The Site is operated by Justido Design through two legal entities. The EEA, UK, Swiss, and DACH-facing pages are operated by Justido GmbH, Kurfürstendamm 37, 10719 Berlin, Germany. The U.S.-facing pages are operated by Justido LLC, 251 Little Falls Drive, City of Wilmington, Delaware 19808, USA. Together "Justido," "we," "us," or "our." 2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes only. You must not: use the Site in violation of any applicable law; interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Site or its security; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site, or use it to train any machine-learning or AI model, except as permitted by our robots.txt file or with our prior written consent; reverse engineer, copy, or repurpose any demo, component, design, or code shown on the Site; submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading content; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
3. No Accounts
The Site does not offer user accounts, logins, a customer portal, payments, or checkout. You can browse the Site, book a discovery call, and use the AI chat demo without registering. If we introduce an account-based feature in the future, additional terms will apply and will be presented at that time.
4. Discovery-Call Booking
The Site lets you request or book a discovery call. Booking a call is a request to talk; it does not create a binding contract for services, a price commitment, or a guarantee that we will take on your project. Any engagement that follows is subject to a separate written agreement. When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to the processing of that information as described in our Privacy Policy. Scheduling is handled through a third-party provider (see Section 7).
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, layout, design, photography, the "Justido" and "Justido Design" names, logos, wordmarks, and trademarks, and the underlying code — are owned by Justido or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and access the Site for your own informational, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted; you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent.
6. The AI Chat Demo and Other Demonstrations
The Site includes an interactive AI chat demo and may include other demonstrations or AI-generated output, provided for illustration only. The demo is powered by a third-party large-language-model provider and produces automated responses that may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or wrong. It is informational only — not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice; not a quote, offer, warranty, or commitment as to scope, price, timeline, or performance; and it creates no contractual relationship. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal data into the chat demo; messages you enter may be processed by our AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy. Portfolio results or "before/after" examples shown on the Site are illustrative of past work and are not a prediction or guarantee of results for your project.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site relies on, and may link to, third-party services and websites that we do not control — including our AI chat-demo provider, our scheduling and CRM provider, our hosting provider, and our analytics provider. Your use of those services may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, products, availability, or data practices of any third party, and any link or integration does not imply our endorsement. The specific providers we use and how they process data are described in our Privacy Policy and Sub-processors pages.
8. Information About Our Services
Information about our services on the Site is provided for general information only. Provision of services is subject to a separate written agreement. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or a guarantee of any particular result, price, or availability.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Justido disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or the AI chat demo will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Justido is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, the AI chat demo, or any third-party service or link. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including, where Justido GmbH operates the Site, mandatory liability under German law (for injury to life, body, or health; for intent or gross negligence; for breach of essential contractual duties; and under the German Product Liability Act).
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data — including data from the booking form and the AI chat demo — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version date appears beneath the title. Material changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For pages operated by Justido GmbH (EEA, UK, Swiss, and DACH visitors), these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG); to the extent permissible, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction. For pages operated by Justido LLC (US visitors), these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence are unaffected.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its intended purpose.

16. SMS / Text-Messaging Program
If you choose to receive text messages from us, you opt in by ticking the dedicated SMS-consent checkbox on our discovery-call booking form. This checkbox is unticked by default and separate from any other agreement; providing your mobile number and ticking it is optional and is not a condition of booking a call. The same opt-in is alternatively available on our dedicated SMS-updates page (justido.design/en/sms-updates), which carries the identical consent checkbox and disclosures. The on-site AI chat demo never collects phone numbers and is not used to capture SMS consent. If you opt in, we send transactional, customer-care messages only — appointment confirmations and reminders for a discovery call you booked; we do not send promotional or marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your booking activity, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; your number is used solely to deliver these appointment messages and is shared only with the sub-processors that operate our booking and messaging infrastructure (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector and Twilio). This SMS program is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we process this data, including the legal bases, is described in our Privacy Policy.
